THURSDAY Strength Work Sled Drags In 10 minutes complete 30 heavy Partner Sled Drags across the turf. EMOM For 10 Minutes: Partner Barbell Rollouts • Odd Minute: Partner 1 completes 6 BB Rollouts • Even Minute: Partner 2 completes 6 BB Rollouts
Conditioning For Time: 60 Bupree Box Jump Overs (partners switch every 6 reps) Partner Carry 12 Turf Lengths (switch every length) 120 Hand Release Push-ups (switch every 10 reps)
