MONDAY Strength EMOM for 10 Minutes: • Odd: 1 x 3-Position Squat Clean (start at 50-60%, increase each set) • Even: 5 Strict Pull-ups

Conditioning AMRAP in 10 Minutes: • 8 Deadlifts (#165/115) • 16 Wall Ball Shots (#20/14) • 24 Double Unders

Post Workout 3 Sets of 20 Russian Twists. Left + Right = 1.
