"Grace" and then a run challenge for Monday.

MONDAY Strength Clean & Jerk [wmv][mov] Take 10 minutes to work on Power Clean & Jerk drills and warm-up with good technique.

Conditioning WOD 1 "Grace" 30 Clean & Jerks at (#135/95)

WOD 2 Team Run Intervals As many meters in 15 minutes as possible.

* Teams of 2 or 3. Must alternate athletes every 400m run.
