Friday Back Squats and Tabata!

FRIDAY Strength Back Squat [mpg] Every 30 seconds for 4 minutes complete 2 Back Squats at 75% of 1rep max.

Conditioning "Tabata" • Row for Calories • Double Unders • Hand Release Push-ups • Slam Ball

*Tabata: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds “on,” 10 seconds “off.” Tabata will be 8 cycles through this time frame, per movement (20 sec. row, 10 sec. rest x8). Work for maximum reps each burst, as well as max reps per exercise, and record total reps per exercise and on the WOD.
