Friday Clean work and more Conditioning after the holidays!

FRIDAY Strength Hang Power Clean [wmv][mov]; Power Clean [wmv][mov] Take 15 minutes to establish a heavy 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Power Clean. Touch-and-go, no drop between the two reps.

Conditioning AMRAP in 10 Minutes: • 5 Thrusters (#115/75) • 10 Box Jumps (24"/20") • 2 Down/Back Turf Runs

At the end of 10 minutes, take 2 minutes for max Double Unders or Jumprope Singles.  Record Rounds + Reps and also DU score.
