THURSDAY Strength Work Partner Sled Pushes! EMOM for 10 Minutes: • Odd Minutes: Partner 1 Sled Pushes 1 Turf Length Out • Even Minutes: Partner 2 Sled Pushes 1 Turf Length Back

Go light on the sleds to treat them as sprints.

Rest 2 Minutes

EMOM for 10 Minutes: • Odd Minutes: Partner 1 Sled Drags 1 Turf Length Out • Even Minutes: Partner 2 Sled Drags 1 Turf Length Back

Double the weight from the Sled Sprints.
